How it works

Step 1

When you first engage with Skrivanek, you will be assigned an Account Manager (AM) who is a knowledgeable member of our sales team. The AM takes full responsibility for your project and ensures that you and your materials receive the best possible care from start to finish. They will explain our work process, services offered, project quoting, as well as payment and delivery methods. Throughout the project, the AM keeps you informed and solicits any feedback or questions you may have.

Step 2

Your AM will introduce you to your Project Manager (PM) who will be your primary point of contact throughout the project. However, your AM remains available to you for the life of the project and beyond.

Step 3

The PM is involved in the initial discussions regarding your project and provides accurate cost and time estimates. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project and bringing together the necessary resources and talent required for high-quality delivery. Our PMs have extensive experience with translation, as well as in-depth knowledge of Skrivanek's linguistic and technical resources.

Step 4

While your project is underway, the PM remains in daily contact with the AM, sharing updates and addressing any questions. Sometimes, the PM may communicate directly with you, the client, when that is most efficient.
