With huge, dynamic market forces like globalization, machine translation and crowd-sourcing altering the translating industry, the exchange of industry knowledge and experience is vital to the excellence of translation. Designed for students and professionals interesting in acquiring new skills, workshops were offered in post-editing, machine translation, project management, advanced CAT tools, revision and game localization. Academic and business talks, papers and lectures were also shared with participants.
